The Rail Anchor enlarges the contacting surface against both rail and tie, prolonging the life of wooden ties. Railway accessories Rail Anchor are used in 50Kg, 85Kg, 90/91LB, 115RE /136RE, UIC54 and UIC60 rail, and so on. For heavy rail tracks such as 50kg, 70lb, 80lb, 90/91lb, best option for steel material is 60Si2MnA, based on our former production experience and customer feedback, this material shows more stable mechanical property than most common material for rail anchor production is 60Si2MnA.

Rail anchors are applied to the rail base directly and lodge up against the tie, they are equipped to fasten rail track on the base plate and sleepers, it is designed in one-piece construction to prevent the rail from longitudinal movements, as"creeping" of the rail, which caused by changing temperature, grades, traffic patterns, and braking action of trains.
